Electro-hydraulic tyre changer designed for mobile service to operate on truck, bus and car wheels up to a diameter of 26″.
- Always in line working system
Thanks to the always in line working system, the roller and/or the M/D tool work always in a perfect position without damaging the tyre and the rim.
- Roller tool
Demounting and mounting system with roller (quick procedure).
- Lever-less demounting system
Lever-less demounting system with finger for extremely wide wheels (super single). Mounting procedure with finger to prevent any damage to the bead.
- Stand-by function
Thanks to the stand-by function the electric motor stops automatically when the machine is not in use to reduce energy consumption and noise.
- Emergency hand pump
This system ensures that the working unit returns into the van in case of failure in the electric/hydraulic system.
- Security Micro-switches
to prevent any damage to the equipment and to the van.
- Control unit
Practical, ergonomic and quick to use remote control unit.
- Industry 4.0 kit (optional)
Industry 4.0 Kit allows a complete control of the workshop activity thanks to the possibility to plan the daily activity, by inserting the number of wheels, the start time of any activity and the machine that will be used to optimize the resources and eliminate waste of time.
Interconnected system based on an operator panel assembled on the machine and a PC software (Tyre Shop 4.0) developed specifically for CEMB.
