CEMB’s headquarters are set in the green of a surrounding park and they blend in totally with the environment as well as from an architectural point of view. The building has undergone subsequent expansion and modernization to keep in step with the company’s growth, occupies ground 8.600 sq. m in area with floor space of 8.400 sq. m. The headquarters are efficiently designed and well organized, they house the management offices as well as the technical, commercial and administrative departments; the show rooms and meeting/training rooms; departments for the production of the balancing machines, instruments for vibration technology as well as monitoring/supervisory systems are also housed in these beautiful surroundings.
The new production unit. 11.600 m2
The new CEMB factory is located very close to the main headquarters. The factory is set in an area of 11.600 sq.m in conformity with todays modern functional principal of architecture offering a floor space of 10.300 sq.m. The factory is involved with the batch production of wheel balancing machines for vehicles, alignment units and testing lines for motor vehicles, according to the new concepts of Lean production.
Design principals.

To be able to achieve these objectives, CEMB re-invests a considerable percentage of its turnover. Over the years the company has created a highly professional and experienced technical staff which today includes thirty high qualified engineers. The CEMB specialists follow each new project step-by-step with the aid of sophisticated data processing systems: from the analysis of the characteristics to the definition of the specifications, from the implementation of a prototype to the performance tests. With a climatic chamber it is able to reproduce all climates existing on earth, at any latitude or altitude and with any degree of ionization this means the new machines can be tested under actual service conditions.
Production.
The CNC machinery used by CEMB in the production phase are the very best the market has to offer. These are machines embodying the latest technological developments, exclusively with numerical control. Only in this way can CEMB guarantee total control over the quality of the critical parts on the balancing machines. Moreover the machines tools are continually being renewed in order to achieve the continued and constant manufacture of high precision components which has always distinguished the CEMB production.
